I am trying to Log In, my account did not exist, why?If you have free hours related to your subscription , such as maintenance contract or cleaning contract with us, you will be able to login by using your email and your phone number registered with our company. Please check which email and phone number was given to us for registration. Please check if you have valid contract in place. Or contact our team to verify your credentials.

I am trying to book services, but there are not enough hours i have under my account.The hours for the services purchased or allocated with your management contract will be calculate by our system. For each customer given free hour inspection. Cleaning and Maintenance services will be allocated to your account as per your subscription. Handyman services are not included in maintenance services as free services, and needs to be purchased on our website. (washing machine connection, curtains adjustments, hanging pictures and arts on the walls, hanging chandeliers)
